Relax at a charming country estate surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. The accommodations are simple but cozy, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Here, the real luxury lies in your surroundings: fresh air, millions of stars, absolute tranquility, and the taste of the land.
Enjoy all meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, made with fresh, local ingredients in a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. Imagine enjoying freshly made olive oil, paired with homemade bread, local cheeses, and regional wine.
Put on your boots, it’s time to work! But don’t worry—this “work” is pure fun. You’ll learn to pick olives straight from the tree using traditional methods passed down through generations. Plus, it’s the perfect excuse to enjoy outdoor activity under the Mediterranean sun.
After the harvest, it’s time to head to the mill. Here, with the help of experts, you’ll learn how to turn those olives into top-quality extra virgin olive oil. You’ll go through the whole process, from pressing to bottling. And yes, at the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a 125 ml can of olive oil made by you—with your name on the label!
