There’s no better way to understand the culinary wealth of Seville and Spain than by entering the kitchen, as you’ll see on this 3.5-hour cooking class and market tour.
A professional chef will teach you how to cook traditional local dishes during a class that you’re sure to find educational as well as entertaining.
The cooking school is located in the Triana Market, the perfect place to buy fresh local ingredients. Before the workshop starts, you’ll be taken on a guided visit of the market and hear a short explanation of its history and products.
The class will be in English and will consist of the preparation of 3 dishes and a light dessert:
• Salmorejo. On some occasions alternatively we cook Gazpacho.
• Spinach with Chickpeas. On some occasions alternatively we cook Flamenco Eggs, Cod Fritters or Garlic Prawns.
• Paella Valenciana (made with chicken and seasonal vegetables). We prepare a separate vegetable paella if there is a vegetarian in the group.
• Light dessert like lemon sorbet with cava.
