Hellabrunn Zoo is the world’s first geozoo, where animals of the same geographical region share enclosures to resemble a nature reserve. This extraordinary zoo is home to almost 19,000 animals, including top stars like elephants, giraffes and tigers, as well as rare species like silvery gibbons, spider monkeys and drills. There is also a modern aquarium where you can see the piranha feeding, or visit “Dracula’s villa” to interact with bats.
